Refund policy

In-Store Refund Policy

At Country Depot Baden, we want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase.

• Unopened products: Items in new, unused condition may be returned within 30 days of purchase with the original receipt. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

• Feed, seed, and consumables: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened bags or partially used products. However, if you encounter a manufacturer defect or quality issue, please bring it to us and we’ll work with you to make it right.

• Defective or damaged items: If a product is defective or damaged, bring it back with your receipt and we will review the issue. A replacement or refund will be offered if appropriate.

• Proof of purchase required: A receipt is required for all refunds or exchanges.
