We currently ship within Canada using weight-based flat rates. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout according to the size and weight of your order. At this time, we do not offer free shipping.
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. Delivery times may vary by region, but most shipments arrive within 3–9 business days once dispatched.

At Country Depot Baden, we stand firmly behind the quality of every product we sell. Our feeds and supplies are packaged with care and inspected before leaving our store.
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or does not meet our quality standards, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will review the situation and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Please note: natural agricultural products may vary slightly in appearance due to crop conditions, but this does not affect their nutritional quality.
